The Radisson Royal Hotel Moscow stands where the former Hotel Ukraina stood and an extensive 3 year renovation has restored the hotel to its former glory. Moscow’s mayor, Yury Luzhkov celebrated the hotel’s opening and revealed that Moscow’s rich historical and cultural heritage is of utmost importance and the hotel just helps to improve that.
You would also find great masterpieces of Russian Art in the interiors of the hotel. some of the works presented within the hotel are Vasily Polenov, Julius Klever, Alexander Deineka, Dmitry Nalbandian, Max Birstein, Michael Suzdal’tsev, Nicholas Romadin, and Mikhail Kupriyanov.
Furniture and interiors have been done by international designers like Etro, Provasi, Villeroy & Boch and Baker. There are 506 guestrooms and suites. The hotel also comes with a 11,000-square-foot Royal Wellness Club, which includes a 164- foot heated indoor pool, fully equipped gym, Turkish bath, Finnish sauna, beauty parlour and massage rooms.

The Ukraine Hotel, Moscow, Russia. We spent two nights here, one sleepless, and one sleep-filled. The Ukraine Hotel offers a fantastic free buffet breakfast and is within walking/easy bus ride to the Kremlin and to the river boat trip, both of which we highly recommend.
